Blue online strives for a 100% satisfied customer. It could happen that you are not satisfied, in that case you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of the items, you will get your money back. Please mention your order number.

Transport and delivery
Blue Online delivers worldwide. Any additional costs are always stated in the order. The delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1 to 2 working days (unless otherwise stated in the article ordered). Transport to foreign countries may take longer, more information on shipping time abroad can be found on http://www.postnl.nl/. The delivery period begins to run from the date of order (PayPal, VISA, MasterCard) or the date of payment (payment by bank transfer). In the menu system, you must specify the address where you wish to receive your order. 'Blue line' is not responsible for late delivery or loss of the order due to incorrect address assignment.
Your privacy is guaranteed, Blue Online does not sells, rents or sells any personal information. Blue line will send you promotional emails if you have been reported to the newsletter to keep you informed of the latest developments. If you wish not to receive it anymore, then you will find at the bottom of each newsletter the opportunity to opt out again. Your data will be erased if you sign out.
